Step 1: Dino setup defaults

Extension name, publisher, prefix and version information is described in the Default Mode Step 1.
Step 1 Default Mode

Run Mode:
When selecting he advanced mode you have the possibility to create an extension for multiple tables.
This mode will not guide you to the wizard but is a manual process for the configuration per table.
