After a new ConnectIT installation the quickest way to get started is by running the Setup Wizard.
On the ConnectIT Manager role center under the ‘Setup & Help’ section, click ‘Wizard’.
Step 1: License key
Enter your license key in the License Key field.
Click Next.
Step 2: ConnectIT API
Select Cloud in the ConnectIT API field if you want to use idyn’s cloud API.
Select Yes in the Use Mapping Helper field.
Click Next.
Step 3: Job Queue Entries
Select Yes for Import Job Queue Entry and Export Job Queue Entry to automatically create and start job queue entries for ConnectIT.
Click Next.
Step 4: Examples
Select Import & Export in the Install Example Definitions field to install our sample definitions.
Click Finish.
ConnectIT is now ready for use and example definitions have been installed.
