The next step in the wizard configure some default settings to determine the behaviour for ApproveIT 365 in Business Central.

In this step we can define the default email subject and body that will be used by the notification email from DocuSign to the recipients.
Enter the default email subject and body.

Scroll down to see the default options to configure. The following options are available:

Allow Restart This option will allow restarting the ApproveIT flow, regardless of the current DocuSign envelope status.
Release Signed Documents Only This option will prevent releasing documents when the ApproveIT flow is not completed.
Automatically Release Signed Documents This option will automatically release the document when the ApproveIT flow is completed.
Automatically Convert Quote to Order This option will automatically convert a sales quote to sales order when the ApproveIT flow is completed.

Enable the options that you would like to use (these can be changed later in the ApproveIT Setup).

Click Next to continue the wizard.
